Prepare for an incredible experience this year! Our two huge venues will transport you to a feeling of being in a tent in downtown Munich! Each venue features LIVE German music & entertainment from all your favorite oompah bands like S-Bahn, Silver Stars, Beer Barrels, The Gordaniers, and Happy Hans just to name a few!
Every Saturday at 1PM is the Official Keg Tapping Ceremony not to be missed!! Our local band Musikkapelle Leavenworth a fan favorite during the opening ceremonies! Whatever you do, make sure to join us this year for an authentic German Oktoberfest like no other!

Once you’re inside find a Food/Beverage/Souvenir Ticket line! We only accept tickets for food/drinks and souvenirs! Tickets are $1 each. A beer/wine is 8-tickets, food starts at 7-tickets, souvenirs start at 3-tickets. There are ticket lines that take cash only and others that take credit card only.
Get your official Oktoberfest Souvenirs early for best selection.
You can move around and visit both Venues each offering non stop live entertainment
Each Venue has food and beer lines close by.
Your wristband gets you in and out of the Oktoberfest gates until 10pm
Sorry- No Pets allowed inside the Oktoberfest gates
Minors are only allowed with an adult until 9 pm each night
Every Saturday at 1pm is the Official keg tapping.

Exciting Lineup for Oktoberfest
Join us for an unforgettable Oktoberfest experience this year! We're thrilled to announce that both of our venues will be hosting live performances from your favorite Oktoberfest bands. Don't miss out on S-Bahn, Silver Stars, Beer Barrels, The Gordaniers, and Happy Hans.
Make sure to mark your calendars for our Keg Tapping Ceremony, taking place every Saturday at 1:00 pm inside the big tent. Stick around to enjoy the sounds of our very own Musikkapelle Leavenworth, as well as other musical groups from the US and Canada.

Oktoberfest Festivities
Opening Ceremony Celebration with Official Keg Tapping
1:00 PM Keg Tapping Ceremony Every Saturday of the Oktoberfest weekends.
Food & Beverages
Bratwurst on a Bun! Choose it by itself or in a meal including Coleslaw and Beans. You’ll also enjoy mouthwatering Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hamburgers, or Veggie Burger. All available alone or in a meal.
Save room for dessert! Try a piece of German style cake with whip-cream, Apple Strudel or a A&W Root Beer float!
Besides a full section of German Beer, we offer Coffee, Water and Proudly serve Pepsi® products!
Only Imported German Beer
This year we are proud to have a variety of the following German Beer Brands. Hofbrau, Warsteiner, Spaten and Franziskaner.
Wine and Cider
Our Wine selection includes a COPA Di Vino Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon along with a Chardonnay. We also serve Washington Gold Cider.
Family Activities
Projekt Bayern’s Oktoberfest is a festival the whole family will enjoy!
Bring the kids and enjoy Kinderplatz! Kinderplatz is an area just for kids with bouncy toys, and L-Bow the Clown great fun for kids young and old.
Enjoy Vendor booths with crafts, souvenirs, and German items including great local food favorites and traditional German sausages. There is continuous entertainment with leading Oompah bands, Leavenworth’s own Musikkappelle and other musical groups. We also have authentic German dance performances each weekend.
Oktoberfest Rules
We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and family friendly atmosphere for all attendees! To ensure a safe and fun Oktoberfest for everyone, each and every attendee must abide by the rules.
Enjoy the relaxed festival atmosphere, but be proactive about the security of your belongings.
Anyone caught selling or distributing illicit substances will immediately have their wristband cut and be ejected from the festival. Further legal repercussions are likely.

Projekt Bayern’s Oktoberfest asks you to please drink responsibly
and DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!
For your safety and convenience, we have some shuttle options for you.
This year we will have a shuttle service working Leavenworth to Wenatchee and another working the hotels in Wenatchee. We are working with Leavenworth Shuttle and Taxi. They are also taking reservations, so please contact them directly with any questions at 509-548-7433
Leavenworth to Wenatchee Shuttle: $20 per person each way. 3 Pick-up/Drop-off locations.
